Brenda Marlin

Brenda's primary role in The Graduate School is to advise and counsel students as to their choice of graduate programs based on their educational background and future career goals. She is charged with validating all requests for credit transfers and program transfers before forwarding them to academic advisors for decisions. In addition, she manages the graduate assistantship program and ensures successful progress of the students

Brenda has been with The Graduate School for the past 21 years.  Brenda and her family moved to New Jersey from Rock Island, Illinois in 1987 where she taught Business Education in both Rock Island and Moline secondary schools and also in Black Hawk Community College.

Brenda holds a B.S. in Business Education from Southern Illinois University and an M.A. in Student Personnel Services from Rowan University.
