Graduate School Advising

The Biological Sciences Pre-Graduate School Advising Program guides students in effective preparation for graduate study. With aid from the advising program, students can explore whether graduate school is appropriate for reaching their career goals. Assistance is offered to students to:

  1. Identify graduate programs that correspond with their objectives
  2. Understand the graduate school application process
  3. Plan their undergraduate activities (both curricular and extracurricular) in order to become competitive candidates for graduate school admittance
  4. Develop and understanding of how to be a successful graduate student
