The Speaker: Charles Tomasello, Jr., has served as President and Winemaker of his family owned Winery since 1981. Mr. Tomasello graduated from University of Massachusetts in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science and completed an MBA, in Corporate Finance from New York University in 1981.
As Winemaker, Mr. Tomasello is responsible for the production of a large variety of Premium White and Reds, Fruit and Sparkling Wines (35 Varieties Annually). He has produced over 1 Million gallons of wine during his tenure and Tomasello Winery has grown to become the largest producing winery in the State of New Jersey.
The Winery currently markets its products in 22 States and 6 Asian Countries. The wines have won nearly 100 medals in Wine Competitions throughout the years including; The New Jersey Governor’s Cup three times and the Taster’s Guild Double Gold Medal, twice.
Abstract: We will hear about each wine as we taste it during the meal.
The February meeting will be held at the Tomasello Winery in Hammonton.
