Bachelor of Arts
Liberal Studies: Humanities/Social Science

Liberal Studies: Humanities/Social Science is an exciting quality liberal arts program designed to offer students the distinctive opportunity to pursue multiple areas of study in the humanities and social sciences. The ability to combine diverse areas of interest is highly desired by traditional as well as non-traditional students to enrich their lives and prepare for productive rewarding careers.

In place of one concentrated major, courses will be completed in two program areas by choosing one Program Sequence A and one Program Sequence B OR two Program A Sequences.
Each Program Sequence requires completion of a minimum of one Intro Level Course, designated number of Upper Level Courses and the Senior Level Capstone/Requirement. This concentrated yet versatile major offers the flexibility to customize degree requirements and provides an excellent interdisciplinary education for greater marketability upon graduation.

The Liberal Studies: Humanities/Social Science major is an accepted dual major option for Early Childhood and Elementary Education Teacher Certification.
