Allan Jiao Professor Biography: Allan Y. Jiao received his Master�s Degree in Public Administration from Lewis and Clark College and Ph. D. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University. He has taught in several different colleges and universities in the U.S. and abroad and is currently a professor in the Department of Law and Justice Studies at Rowan University. He has completed numerous research projects on American and international policing and has published extensively in the field, including refereed journal articles, books, and book chapters. Dr. Jiao�s expertise is widely sought by the law enforcement community and the media. His current research interests include policing, violence, and comparative criminal justice issues. Dr. Jiao enjoys collaborating and communicating with practitioners, scholars, and students.
