Dr. Belinda L. Bragg (2006)
Assistant Professor

B.A., Political Science, University of Melbourne, Australia; Ph.D., International Relations and Comparative Politics, Texas A & M University.

While at Texas A&M, Dr. Bragg taught political science and worked as a research scientist for the Institute for Science, Technology and Public Policy. Her dissertation explores the influences of costs and issue salience on the duration of interstate crises prior to the initiation of conflict management. Belinda’s research focuses on decision making processes, utilizing both experimental and more traditional quantitative methods. While her primary area of research is international conflict and negotiation behavior she is also involved in collaborative decision making research projects examining domestic US public opinion and policy change.

Teaching Fields: International Relations and Comparative Politics.
Special Fields: Conflict Management and Decision Making.
