The Health Professions Concentration

Many members of the medical profession began their training at Rowan University. Over the past 20 years, more than 300 Rowan graduates have become doctors, dentists, optometrists veterinarians, podiatrists and pharmacists through the university's numerous affiliation programs. Several of these programs offer students the opportunity to complete their doctoral degrees in seven years instead of the traditional eight. Rowan students’ overall acceptance rate to medical and other health professional schools ranges between 90 and 100 percent.
