CONSULTING & TRAINING SOLUTIONS
Our business improvement strategies produce bottom-line results through cost savings and productivity improvement. We use a project-based training approach. You define the business problems; we bring the tools to solve them. This translates to real learning with real results. For Six Sigma projects, estimated savings vary, but typical project savings range from $125,000 to $175,000. See the list of available business services below (click for more information), or contact us to discuss your specific needs.
- Six Sigma
A highly focused, exceptionally successful problem-solving methodology, Six Sigma can improve your bottom line and bring
added value to your customers. Six Sigma focuses on improving your processes and reducing defects to deliver products and services more efficiently and effectively, at less cost. With a goal of
near-zero defects, the Six Sigma method has transformed many organizations. CPCE brings you this methodology by providing classroom training combined with intensive
project-based coaching, and online courses for individuals who wish to enhance their professional skills.
- Lean Enterprise
Becoming a Lean Enterprise can bring significant benefits to your organization by reducing the waste in your production
process resulting in more efficient and profitable production of goods and services. Lean is all about learning how to reduce waste or "non-value"
added steps in a process. CPCE introduces small and mid-sized companies to lean thinking methodologies through project-based training, and online courses for individuals who wish to enhance their professional skills.
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) & Equipment Troubleshooting
Total Productive Maintenance is a systematic approach for continuous improvement of your maintenance activities. It is a
partnership among maintenance personnel, operations management, parts inventory, and operators. This team strategy focuses on the identification of potential problems
and their expedient resolution. CPCE recognizes the historical lack of critical skills training in most maintenance departments, and the need for this training before
implementation of TPM can be initiated. Our curriculum is designed to address possible deficiencies on an individual basis, in order to improve your current position and
move you forward toward becoming a more productive, effective, and efficient maintenance organization. CPCE also has available electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and general industrial online courses.
- Information Technology: PC Road Show
The PC Road Show can turn your conference room into a high-tech computer lab. Using our state-of-the-art laptops and
wireless networking, our experts provide PC and information systems training at all levels. CPCE has an extensive selection of online courses for Comp TIA certifications, Microsoft network certifications (MCDBA, MCSA, MCSE), Microsoft Office Specialist, website design, webmaster and IT management.
- Leadership Training
Prepare your key employees to lead company teams in process improvement projects. Our training focuses on leading change
initiatives and coaching your leadership candidates for improved performance. CPCE also has online courses in project management, purchasing management and entrepreneurship.
- Obtaining Grant Funding
CPCE helps companies obtain training grants in select states to offset the cost of customized, business improvement programs for your workforce.
