The Offer: We are in the business of equipping learners for exceptional achievement.
The Process: We equip learners by teaching them how to use the LML Process®, an advanced learning system that provides an inward look at their internalized behaviors, an outward analysis of their actions, and a vocabulary for communicating both to their teachers and peers.
The Tool: The Let Me Learn Process begins with the use of a tool, the Learning Combination Inventory (LCI©1997), a nationally and internationally validated instrument that measures the degree to which learners use each of four interactive learning processes.
The Difference: Unlike other measures of personality, multiple intelligences, or learning styles that provide information about the learner and then leave the learner informed but unequipped to use the information, the LML Process uses the Learning Combination Inventory to reveal the learner’s interactive processes and then invite the learner to use these processes with intention. This is what makes the LMLP a truly advanced learning system.
By advanced system we mean the LML Process provides learners with the means to articulate who they are as a learner, and then provides the learning environment necessary for them to employ their learning tactics with intention. Learners who are a part of this advanced learning system can intensify the use, modify the use, or forge the use of their learning processes into a working partnership with teachers and peers during the completion of learning tasks.
The Product: Individuals and organizations engaged in the use of this learning technology within K-12 schools, higher education, and corporate HR and manufacturing arenas report a decrease in negative behaviors and unproductive outcomes and a heightened sense of grounded-confidence and persistence to achieve.
