Profiles are used by K-12 Teachers, Higher Education Instructors, and Human Resource Managers to aide them in understanding individual learning processes and the collective learning needs of a group. When analyzing profile data the manager, teacher, or instructor can be self directed and enabled to harness, modify, or forge the methods of instruction to better meet the needs of students and workers. The group profile is a valuable tool used in various contexts including team building, generating labgroups, project assignments, enhancing communication and productivity.
