Dr. Caldwell is Professor of Mathematics at Rowan as well as Project Director for McSiip, which includes both NJSSI and RCMP. Dr. Caldwell is past president of the Association of Mathematics Teachers of New Jersey, past regional director of the National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics, recipient of the AMTNJ Max Sobel Outstanding Mathematics Educator Award in 1994, and the CASE/Carnegie NJ Professor of the Year for 1994-1995. In 2004 Dr. Caldwell received the Dr. Ernest L. Boyer Outstanding Educator Award from the New Jersey Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development (NJASCD).
