Bill received his BS in mathematics from Dickinson College and his MA in Teaching Mathematics from Rowan.  He holds New Jersey Certificates as a Teacher of Mathematics and a Supervisor.  From 1966 to 2002, Bill was a teacher of mathematics, mathematics department chairman, supervisor of mathematics and computers, and director of curriculum and instruction.  Bill served as facilitator for the original NJ mathematics standards panel in 1992-93, co-chair of the mathematics panel in 1995-96, and co-chair of the mathematics revision panel in 2001-02.  Bill was on the leadership team and a contributing writer for the NJ Mathematics Framework.
