What is Rowan Success Network (RSN)?
RSN is an online program designed with two primary goals:
1.) To identify students at risk as early as possible and connect them with the appropriate resources, and
2.) Improve student access to on-campus service providers that directly impact their success.
To achieve these goals, RSN Early Alert provides a comprehensive network of resources to promote student success. This software package has two functions: RSN CONNECT and RSN EARLY ALERT. Connect is a scheduling tool that allows students to electronically schedule appointments with faculty and staff during specified times. In addition, RSN Connect provides students easy, online access to schedule appointments with individuals in their "Success Network" such as professors, academic advisors, and tutors. It also allows you to manage student records. Early Alert is a retention tool that allows faculty and staff to raise “flags” that indicate a concern about a student’s progress. The ultimate goal is to improve communication with students and among student service providers.
