Mission Statement The mission of Rowan University Public Safety is to enhance the quality of life by providing a secure and safe environment through professional service to the University Community. Department Values The members of Rowan University Public Safety recognize our contribution to quality of life and a safe environment in our community through our continuing efforts to provide professional law enforcement services. On a daily basis we meet the challenge of providing these services by basing our thoughts and actions on the following shared values through, "the pursuit of excellence." Community Services The Rowan University Public Safety Department values our opportunity to provide service in a manner that is fair, courteous, responsive and efficient. An attitude of respect for, and the protection of, the worth, dignity and rights of all is the foundation of Rowan University Public Safety. Integrity Rowan University Public Safety places high priority and value on candor, honesty and ethical behavior in members of the Department. We remain committed to uphold our position of trust by maintaining the highest ethical standards as set forth in the administrative and operational orders of Rowan University Public Safety and the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics.
