Program Dates:

  • SPRING SEMESTER: January - April - NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SPRING 2015 - Application deadline is January 3, 2015.
  • SUMMER SEMESTER: May - August
  • FALL SEMESTER: September - December

Testing Dates:

Rowan University's ELP placement test is used to place students in the appropriate level of the program.

  • For Spring 2015:
    • Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 424
    • Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 424

International students will take the test upon arrival at the university. Be sure to contact English Language Programs with your arrival date.

Residents and citizens of the United States , please bring the following with you when you come for testing:

  1. Photo Identification (permanent resident card, driver's license, social security card, passport, etc.)
  2. Proof of high school graduation (diploma and/or transcripts). If you attended college in your country, please bring those documents also.
  3. If you are interested in applying for our tuition grant program, you must bring your or your guardian's tax forms from the previous year.
