Regalia orders must be submitted to the bookstore by April 26.
Cap and gown rentals for faculty and staff are facilitated through the Rowan Bookstore. Detailed written information and an order form will be sent to each department at the end of March. The Bookstore does not guarantee the correct hood color, however, ordering by April 25 increases your chances of receiving specific colors. Call Donna Donnelly at (856) 256-4667 for additional info.

Approximate length of ceremony: 1 hour
NOTE: If you are in the processional line-up please arrive by 4:00 p.m.
Parking
Please use
any parking lot adjacent to the field. If possible, we suggest you leave your car in your normal parking spot and walk.
Handicapped parking
The
designated areas in lots C & D closest to entrance gates are reserved for handicapped parking. If you need a handicapped parking space, please contact Academic Success Center at (856) 256-4260.
Dress
Please dress appropriately for weather conditions. This ceremony is at sunset---it may get chilly by the end of the evening. If it’s hot, you may not want to wear a jacket under your robe. Please leave all personal items locked in your office.
Line-up
Faculty and professional staff line-up is on the Bowe Blvd. side of the field at 4 p.m. College signs will be prominent and marshals will be on the field to assist you. There will be a faculty/staff white hospitality tent on the field as well. Snacks will be available.
Platform
A bottle of water and a program will be placed on each platform chair.
After the ceremony
A large hospitality tent located behind the bleachers will have light refreshments for all graduates, guests and faculty members immediately following the ceremony. The student medallions will also be available at this tent location after the ceremony.
NOTE: Please return your rental regalia to the bookstore at your earliest convenience.
Inclement Weather
In case of inclement weather, the alternate ceremony will be held in Esby Gym and will start at 4:30 p.m. All platform guests should report to room 105 in the gym. Marshals will be there to assist you in the line-up.
