Ceremony start time: 4:30 p.m.
Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours
Note: A hospitality tent is open to faculty, students and guests immediately following the ceremony

After completing and handing in the graduation application to the Registrar’s Office, all students must register to participate in the Graduate Commencement by visiting the Student Self-Service here and following these directions:

• Access Banner Services and then enter your Banner ID and PIN
  
• Select "Student and Financial Aid" and click on "Commencement"
• Finally, select "Commencement Attendance Confirmation" to let us know if you are attending your Commencement Ceremony

The ONLY way to secure graduation tickets and your seat at Commencement is by completing this form. Each graduate student registered to participate will receive four (4) tickets mailed on April 27 to the address of record on the Banner system. You will also receive a booklet explaining further Graduate Commencement details. If you do not receive your tickets at your address of record by April 30, please contact the Office of University Events at (856) 256-5432.

Ticket Requirement/Inclement Weather

Tickets are NOT required for the traditional outside ceremony in the football stadium. In the case of inclement weather, the Graduate Ceremony will move indoors to Esbjornson Gym. Due to capacity limitations and fire regulations, tickets are required for entry and no extra tickets are available.

Changes in the ceremony location because of inclement weather will be announced starting at noon on May 14 on WGLS-FM 89.7 and KYW-AM 1060. This information will also be available by phone at (856) 256-4000 and on the University Web site here.
