Family and Guest Parking

Guest parking is available in Lots A, B, C, D and M-1. Special needs parking will be available in designated areas throughout Lots C and D for the Graduate Commencement ceremony. On-campus dining options

Concession kiosks with beverages and snacks will open at 4:30 p.m. on May 16 in the football stadium.

Bookstore hours for Commencement

The Bookstore will be open 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. on May 16.

Robing and line-up information

Robing and line-up begins at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 16 for all candidates at Wackar Stadium. After robing, graduates will form single lines behind their academic major sign on either the goal post side of the field or the score board side of the field. All graduates should be ready to move to the seating area no later than 5 p.m. Faculty and staff marshal coordinators will assist with the process.

Candidates for graduation should arrive dressed in their regalia at the Commencement ceremony. Master's and educational specialist degree candidates will wear their hoods throughout the ceremony. Doctoral degree candidates will carry their hoods over their right arm during the procession and will be hooded during the ceremony.

Departure routes

Departure from the parking lots after the ceremony may take up to 20 or 30 minutes.

Off-campus restaurant information

Just off-campus on Delsea Drive, Glassboro offers specialty and national restaurants as well as fast food options. Go east on Bowe Boulevard to Rt. 47 (Delsea Drive) and north to Italian Affair, Terra Nova, Peking Buffet, Saladworks and Pizza Hut. Go south on Delsea Drive for Wendy’s, McDonald's, Samurai Hibachi Steak House and Sushi Bar, Tokyo Mandarin and PB’s Diner. Heading east on Rt. 322, guests will find Landmark Americana located on the edge of campus and, about 15 minutes farther, the Scotland Run Golf Course restaurant. Go north on Rt. 55 to the Deptford Mall exit for Bonefish Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Don Pablo's and other establishments. Note: Plan dinner reservations accordingly.
