Graduate Commencement will be held on the University Green and the respective secondary ceremony locations even in the event of light rain or a drizzle. Graduates and guests must provide their own umbrellas and/or raincoats.
In the event of a severe rainstorm, Commencement will move indoors to the following locations and times. Tickets are required to enter these venues:
Students who secured special needs parking accommodations should still have their family members drop off or park in Lots C or D. Golf carts and shuttles will be available to escort family members to their student's secondary ceremony location.

A Board of Trustee representative and the Rowan University President and Provost will confer degrees at each individual ceremony. The dean of each college will explain the procedure prior to the start of each rain ceremony.
