Graduate Tickets

Guest Tickets - NEW INFORMATION

Important Commencement 2014 update:
  • Graduate Commencement main ceremony moved to Wackar Stadium.

The ONLY way to secure Commencement tickets and your seat at the ceremony is to:

Step 1: APPLY TO GRADUATE!

Students apply online through Self Service Banner, under the Student Menu, by clicking on the "Apply to Graduate" link. If there are any issues while filling out the application, please e-mail our Graduation Coordinator at Graduation@rowan.edu.

(Please note that EdD/Doctoral students may not participate in the Commencement Ceremony unless they have defended their dissertation prior.)

Step 2: CONFIRM YOUR COMMENCEMENT RESERVATION!

Confirm your participation in the 2014 Commencement ceremonies before April 15, 2014.
  • Visit Student Self-Service at www.rowan.edu/selfservice
  • Access Banner Services and enter your Banner ID and PIN
  • Select “Student and Financial Aid” and click on “Commencement”
  • Follow the prompts to confirm your attendance

Step 3: ONLINE TICKETING!

Ticket requests will be available through the Tickets Tab from March 24 to May 8, 2014

General Seating tickets are not necessary for the main ceremony at 10 a.m. at Wackar Stadium.

Special Needs seating for the main ceremony does require tickets, limited to individuals with disabilities and one companion. These tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each graduate student (including RowanSOM) registered to participate is eligible for four (4) Secondary College Ceremony guest tickets — graduating students do not need tickets; wearing a cap and gown will suffice for entry.

All tickets not claimed by May 8 will be subject to redistribution beginning May 9, 2014.

May 9 through May 16, unclaimed and donated tickets will be available online on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Students may claim up to an additional two (2) tickets per ceremony.

You must print your tickets prior to arriving on campus for Commencement.

Unclaimed or donated tickets will not be replaced.
