Student line-up: 4:30 p.m.
Ceremony start time: 5:30 p.m.
Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours

After completing and submitting the graduation application online using Banner Self-Service, all students must register to participate in the Graduate Commencement by visiting Self-Service and following these directions:

  • Access Banner Services and then enter your Banner ID and PIN
  • Select "Student and Financial Aid" and click on "Commencement"
  • Finally, select "Commencement Attendance Confirmation" to let us know if you are attending Commencement

The ONLY way to secure Commencement tickets and your seat at the ceremony is by completing this form. Each graduate student registered to participate will receive four (4) tickets mailed on April 23 to the address of record on the Banner system. Graduates will also receive a booklet explaining further Graduate Commencement details. If students do not receive tickets at their address of record by April 30, please contact the Office of University Events at (856) 256-5432.

Ticket Requirement/Inclement Weather

Due to capacity limitations and fire regulations, tickets are required for entry and no extra tickets are available. Any additional guests must wait in the lobby until all ticket holders are seated before they are allowed to enter the venue. Ushers will be on hand to escort guests accordingly. In the case of inclement weather, the Graduate Ceremony will remain in Esbjornson Gym.

Rain ceremony changes will be announced starting at noon on May 10 on WGLS-FM 89.7 and KYW-AM 1060. This information will also be available by phone at (856) 256-4000 and on the University website here.
