Parking and parking passes

In addition to your handicap parking permit, you will need a Rowan University-issued special needs parking pass to park in Lot J or P, our special needs parking lots. Please contact Elaina Surace in the Parking Office at (856) 256-4574 or suracem@rowan.edu before April 30, 2012. Passes are given to guests that qualify on a first-come, first-served basis

After drop-off, drivers will park in Lot J (only if they have a special needs placard or license plate) or any other available lot. Parking is also available on residential streets near campus.
