Guest Tickets - NEW INFORMATION
The ONLY way to secure Commencement tickets and your seat at the ceremony is to:
Step 1: APPLY TO GRADUATE!Students apply online through Self Service Banner, under the Student Menu, by clicking on the "Apply to Graduate" link. If there are any issues while filling out the application, please e-mail our Graduation Coordinator at Graduation@rowan.edu.
(Please note that EdD/Doctoral students may not participate in the Commencement Ceremony unless they have defended their dissertation prior.)
Step 2: CONFIRM YOUR COMMENCEMENT RESERVATION!Confirm your participation in the 2014 Commencement ceremonies before April 15, 2014.
Step 3: ONLINE TICKETING!
Ticket requests will be available through the Tickets Tab from March 24 to May 8, 2014
All guests must have tickets for admission to both the main ceremony at Wackar Stadium and the secondary college ceremony. Each degree candidate may reserve three (3) tickets each for both the main and secondary ceremonies — graduating students do not need tickets; wearing a cap and gown will suffice for entry.
Special Needs seating is available for the main ceremony and requires tickets, limited to individuals with disabilities and one companion. Special needs tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. These tickets count as main ceremony tickets. If a student reserves special needs tickets for main ceremony guests, they will be subtracted from the total number of main ceremony tickets available per student.
All tickets not claimed by May 8 will be subject to redistribution.
Beginning May 9, unclaimed and donated tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Students may claim up to an additional three (3) tickets for both the main and secondary ceremonies. Please note: Students who receive extra tickets to the main ceremony are not guaranteed extra tickets for their secondary ceremony. We believe, however, that the new ticket pool will enable easy transfer of unused tickets to students who need more.
You must print your tickets prior to arriving on campus for Commencement.
Unclaimed or donated tickets will not be replaced.
