Part-Time Enrollment
A substantial number of students pursue their degrees or certification programs on a part-time basis. To accommodate these students, academic departments have scheduled most graduate courses in late afternoons and evenings. Most graduate courses meet once a week, usually from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. or from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. in the fall and spring semesters. Summer sessions usually include day and late afternoon classes.

Time Restraints
Students have six years from the date they matriculated to complete their graduate degree programs. Under certain circumstances, a one-time extension of up to one additional year may be granted.
