Credit Evaluation

Once you are accepted for admission, the Registrar and the academic department for your intended academic program will complete a credit evaluation for you. Approximately eight weeks after acceptance, your completed credit evaluation will be available online via your student Banner account.

Credit evaluations are completed in two stages. General education equivalences are determined by the Registrar's Office, Division of Credential Evaluations. Additional courses, including those applicable to your individual major, are evaluated by the advisement coordinator in your accepted academic department. If you are currently enrolled in courses at another institution, it is your responsibility to have a final official transcript forwarded to the Registrar as soon as it becomes available. Students with questions about specific course or advisement issues can email transferhelp@rowan.edu for further information. More information is also available at www.rowan.edu/newtransfer.
