If you are satisfied with your current health and/or dental plans, you do not need to submit a new application. Your coverage will remain the same. New health and/or dental applications are ONLY required if you are changing plans, waiving plans and/or adding/deleting dependents. If adding dependents, Dependent documentation is required (see Required Documentation for SHBP Dependent Eligibility Requirement)
