Tuition Scholarship and Waiver Information
Tuition Scholarship for Dependents, Spouse, Domestic/Civil Union Partners
Dependents, spouses, and partners are responsible for applying for this scholarship in the same manner that they apply for all of the university's scholarships, through the following link:
For the 2017 - 2018 application, students should apply for all semesters that they plan on taking classes (Fall, Winter, Spring, and/or Summer semesters) when submitting the application for the Fall. All of the required information for the application must be submitted online. Human Resources is no longer accepting paper applications. As a reminder, for a dependent to qualify for the Tuition Scholarship, the following is required:

Tuition Waiver for Employees
Eligible employees should apply for the tuition waiver using the Tuition Waiver Form. This triplicate form can be obtained from the Human Resources Main Office. The fully completed form (white, yellow, and pink copies) should be returned to Human Resources for processing.
Deadlines for All Applications
Employees and students receiving tuition waivers and scholarships follow the same Bursar processes as paying students regarding billing due dates and classes dropped for non-payment. Tuition Scholarship and Tuition Waiver applications should be submitted by the following dates:
*Notice for Summer 2017 scholarships: Dependents, Spouses, and Partners who have already submitted an application for Spring 2017 [but did not check the box for Summer 2017 on the application] should edit their existing application in AwardSpring to include Summer 2017 in the "Dependent(s), Spouse, Domestic or Civil Union Partner Scholarship (Optional)" section if they will be taking Summer 2017 classes.
