Bonny Cloutier is responsible for maintaining and updating all files pertaining to employees in compliance with the State Records Retention Schedule. He is the primary contact for requests to review or retrieve employee files.
Melanie is responsible for designing and delivering professional development workshops for all employees. Additionally, Melanie provides professional development and organizational consulting services in customer service, performance management, team building and talent management.
Stephanie Cozzone is responsible for functional areas of recruitment, testing, selection, reclassification, and certifications or classified positions and employees (competitive and non-competitive) excluding AFT faculty and Professional staff.
Lesley J. Mateo
Lesley Mateo is responsible for the coordination and compliance of the PES/PAR evaluations, maintenance of Rowan’s online pes system, management of Service Awards, the annual employee recognition program, administration of the employee tuition waiver and scholarship programs, recruitment and hiring of student workers, and oversight of Human Resources Internship program.
Edyta Paluch is responsible for the processing and maintenance of Student Workers.

Provides customer service, secretarial support to the Human Resources Department. Maintains databases for staffing changes and new employees. Inputs demographic data into Banner system.
Eileen Scott is responsible for managing the human resources function of the University, and in particular classification and compensation; pension and benefits; hiring of classified employees; reclassification and promotions; immigration compliance; human resources records management; student employment and employee service awards.
Rosie Senula is responsible for Banner HRIS data base, integrity, input and management for full-time employees and Graduate Assistants, and maintaining the Human Resources web pages.
Janine Smiley is responsible for the enrollment and administration of the health, dental, prescription, and vision care programs. Also, administers and processes the leave of absence programs. (FMLA, NJFTDL, Donated Leave, Furlough, short term disability, personal and sick leave) She is the contact for any benefits or leave related matters.
Jillian Itri is responsible for Pension Enrollment and administration of all pension programs (ABP, PERS, PFRS, DCRP) for Full and Part time staff, Faculty, and Adjunct faculty. Also, the processing of state certifications, payroll deductions, and retirement savings plans. Also, administers the Workers' Compensation Program, OSHA Logs, and request for temporary compensation payment. She is the contact for pension and supplemental annuity vendor represetatives, pension inquiries, and workers' compensation matters.
Vanetta Turner is responsible for the overall management of the University’s Health and Dental, Prescription and Vision Care Programs, Pension Programs (ABP, PERS, PFRS, DCRP, TPAF), Retirements, Supplemental Annuities, PEOSHA, Worker's Compensation, Medical Leave Programs, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability Programs.
