Bonny provides customer service and secretarial support for the Human Resources Department. She is responsible for maintaining and updating all files pertaining to employees in compliance with the State Records Retention Schedule. She is the primary contact for requests to review or retrieve employee files. She is also responsible for processing Vision Care Reimbursements.
Melanie provides professional development and organizational consulting services in leadership, customer service, performance management, team building and talent management. Additionally, Melanie is responsible for the onboarding program as well as designing and facilitating professional development workshops for all employees.
Stephanie Cozzone is responsible for the overall management of classification of university positions, compensation, recruitment, and the university applicant tracking system.
Jillian Itri is responsible for Pension Enrollment and administration of all pension programs (ABP, PERS, PFRS, DCRP) for Full and Part time staff, Faculty, and Adjunct faculty. Also, the processing of state certifications, payroll deductions, and retirement savings plans. Also, administers the Workers' Compensation Program, OSHA Logs, and request for temporary compensation payment. She is the contact for pension and supplemental annuity vendor representatives, pension inquiries, and workers' compensation matters.
Betsy provides customer service and secretarial support for the Human Resources Department. She processes Employment Verifications. She is responsible for scheduling Retirement Consultations, Exit Interviews and also scheduling appointments for the Employee Advisory Service and the Employee Relations Counselor.
Allie O'Neill is responsible for the new employee onboarding program as well as designing and facilitating professional development workshops for all employees. Additionally, Allie is responsible for the coordination and the compliance of the PAR evaluations, management of Service Awards, administration of the employee tuition waiver and scholarship programs, and oversight of the Humans Resources Internship program.
Tracy is primary secretary to the Associate Vice President Employee and Labor Relations. She provides Customer Service and Secretarial Support to the Human Resources Department. She is responsible for processing Special Assignment Contracts, Hourly Request forms, inputs demographic data into Banner system and maintains the databases for staffing changes and new employees.
Edyta Paluch is responsible for the processing and maintenance of all student employment including Graduate Assistants, Residence Assistants, Residence Directors and Student Special Project contracts.
Eileen Scott is responsible for managing the human resources function of the University, which include classification and compensation; pension and benefits; staffing and recruitment, immigration compliance; human resources records management; human resource information systems, organizational and employee development, student employment and employee service awards.
