Exit Interview Procedure
Employee feedback is critical to the success and growth of Rowan University. Departing staff and/or faculty are encouraged to participate in an exit interview with the Human Resources department before the departure from the university. With your participation, we can better understand the concerns of our faculty/staff and their overall experience with our organization. Please note: The exit interview process is confidential. However, if the information discussed violates Rowan University rules or policies, the information will be brought to the office of Equity and Diversity.
