The 2011 Service Awards Ceremony will be held on Friday, February 17, 2012 at 2pm in the Eynon Ballroom, Chamberlain Student Center.
Please RSVP by Friday, January 20th to Human Resources or via email to mateo@rowan.edu
To expedite the check in process, we ask that you arrive prior to the start of the program between 1:30 and 2:00 pm in the lobby entrance of the Ballroom. This process will ensure that your name is called during the ceremony.

Placing Your Order
Once, you have made your selections, you may reply by email to Lesley Mateo, Human Resources at mateo@rowan.edu. When replying by email, please be sure to include “Service Awards” in the subject line. You may also fax to (856)256-4714 or send by inter-office mail to Lesley Mateo, Human Resources, Linden Hall. It is very important that you include your name, campus phone number, department and the complete item number of your award selection.
Please make your selection as soon as possible to allow for delivery time and /or any other unforeseen delays.
Order Deadline
If you do not make your selection by January 18, 2012, a pre-selected award (highlighted in the brochure) will be automatically ordered for you.
Picking Up Your Order
Once your award arrives, you will be notified by email for pick-up at Human Resources. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Lesley Mateo at x3366.
