The Instructional Technology website was created to assist the faculty, staff and students of the engineering programs with resources necessary to find help in the general areas of desktop computing, departmental applications and applications provided by the Rowan University network. It also provides a guide to open laboratory information, printing, copying, teaching tools and means to reserve facility space and problem reporting.

When reporting a problem from any of the (3) open labs, please indicate the number shown on the top right-hand corner of the desk. In addition, please describe briefly the nature of the problem. Screen captures are very helpful for diagnosis, so please attach them whenever possible.
