The Engineering IT Staff recommends that you utilize all avenues of support to optimize your tech support experience. Do so by obtaining support via the steps below which have been prioritized.

1. Online Support

The Information Center is a collection of "How To" Articles and other Resources that are all specifically designed to assist students, faculty, and staff in the College of Engineering. The IT Staff recommend that you look here first and look here often to find the answers to your Tech Support questions.

2. Email Support

Email all College of Engineering or Rowan Hall related Tech Support requests to support@galaxy.rowan.edu.
This support email is part of a distribution group email that sends copies of your request to both Engineering IT Technicians, Campus IT Department Technicians, Network Services, and Engineering/Information Resources Administration. Using this email is the optimal way to get the fastest possible turn around on your support request.

3. Walk-In Support

You may call the Engineering Help Desk at (856)-256-5383.

You may also walk into the Engineering IT Office during business hours for Technical Support Requests. Requests will be handled based on Technician availability and request priority.
Location: Room 324 on the 3rd Floor of Rowan Hall (Right next to the 3rd Floor Computer Lab). Ring the Door Bell for service.

4. Phone Support

Phone Support Requests should be used for emergency situations only. The IT technicians may be out of the office on support requests for the better part of the day and are unable to receive frequent phone calls. For this reason, emailing support requests will provide you with the best technician response.
