Lab Reservations

What can be reserved:
The IT office can reserve an open computer laboratory for a class or clinic when a written request is sent to: support@galaxy.rowan.edu. The reservation can be for a single session or repeating through part (or whole) semester.
Labs that can be reserved are:

- Lab # 131 (First Floor Windows )
- Lab # 222 (Second Floor Unix lab)
- Lab # 322 (Third Floor Windows lab)

What cannot be reserved through the IT office:
The IT office cannot reserve the following facilities:

- Rowan Hall Auditorium
- Conference rooms
- Classrooms

How to check for lab availability before you reserve:
To check lab availability before requesting a reservation, simply open you "Public Folders" in Outlook (as shown below). Click on the (+) sign in front of "engineering" to display the calendars relative to each lab.
