European Comission and European Environment Agency - produces The European Pollution Emission Register (EPER) - a European Counterpart to the U.S. Toxic Release Inventory - EPER had information on industrial emissions into air and water for 15 EU countries in 2001 and and 25 EU countries in 2004. Data was also provided on individual facilties.

Foreign Government Resources on the Web - University of Michigan site provides extensive links to foreign government sites.

International Criminal Court (English and French versions) - ICC was established by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on 17 July 1998.  It is the first permanent, treaty based, international criminal court established to promote the rule of law and ensure that the gravest international crimes do not go unpunished.
