November 13th, starting at 1pm - Field Trip to Duane Morris' Office in Philadelphia, PA
The club will be going to tour the facilities of the law office of Duane Morris in Philadelphia, including their server room, Network Operations Center [NoC], Help Desk, and an interactive Hi-Def Conference Center featuring computers that rise up from the conference table! November 16th, starting at 11am, Bunce 106 - Guest Speaker from United States ARMY - CERDEC
The MIS club will be welcoming guests from the United States Army Communications-Electronics Research, Development, and Engineering Center (CERDEC). CERDEC’s CIO, Theresa Bickler and Lead Developer Scott Suler, will be presenting information about what the Office of the CIO does for the organization, information about the MIS field, and more. They will also be providing information about their career recruitment programs and accepting resume’s from interested students.
