Dr. Capasso is Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey.  He also holds the title of Director of the Regional P-20 Coalition for Southern New Jersey.  Dr. Capasso has spent over 40 years in public school education, having served 12 years as a superintendent of schools in Pennsville, New Jersey, and five years as Assistant Superintendent of Schools in Ramsey, New Jersey.  He has also served as a consultant and speaker for the U. S. Office of Education, the New Jersey State Department of Education, various government agencies, and numerous school districts throughout the United States.  Dr. Capasso's areas of specialization are administrative/school board relations, organizational change, and administrative mentoring and interning.  He is the primary author of The School Administrator Internship Handbook: Leading, Mentoring, and Participating in the Internship Program. His doctorate is from Teachers College, Columbia University.
