Our Mission:
The mission for the Faculty Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning is to provide faculty with the necessary support and encouragement to engage in self-directed, collegial inquiry and experimentation regarding strengthening and enhancing teaching and learning at Rowan University. It is a faculty-owned resource that offers professional development opportunities focused on student-centeredness and research based, pedagogical practices. The Faculty Center's range of services is designed for the induction of new faculty and the ongoing professional development of mid-career and senior faculty.
