In the beginning of each fall semester,
flyers will be put in every organization’s SGA mailbox to notify them about
the current procedures to have their organization included in this year’s
book. We usually find it easiest to
photograph clubs and organizations at their scheduled meeting times. The flyer usually requests the organization
to email the current editor with the following information: name of club, date, time, and location of
meeting. Simple as that! The organization should contact the editor
before the scheduled deadline; otherwise we are not able to get our book
completed on time for our graduating seniors.
We also ask that the organizations provide a paragraph about their
organization (i.e. mission statement, general facts, etc). The current deadline for all CLUBS in currently
closed. The deadline for all GREEK ORGANIZATIONS is January
20th 2008. |
