Student Government Association

The Rowan SGA takes pride in creating a state of actively engaged students that willfully participate not only within their university by the surrounding community.

SGA is the student's voice
The SGA is not only the students' voice on campus, but we are also the student voice to the administration.

SGA allocates student fees
Although you may not know it, ALL full-time students at Rowan University give money to the SGA through their student activity fee. The SGA is responsible for allocating this money to many clubs as well as many activites that take place regulary on campus.

How can I get involved?
All students can attend Senate every other Monday night and join SGA committees. SGA executive board, senator, and commission elections are held in March and April of each year, with the exception of Freshman Class Senator and At-Large Senator elections which are held in the fall term. All students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 to hold SGA office. Current positions available are posted on the SGA News ProfLink page.
