Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering
The Dean's Office is the administrative center for the College of Engineering, and houses the dean, associate dean, professional and clerical staff members. It is responsible for generating policy and overseeing college operations. The office operates collegially with the four program offices in the areas of 1) Chemical, 2) Civil & Environmental, 3) Electrical & Computer, and 4) Mechanical Engineering.
The Outreach Office is an arm of the Dean's Office, and is actively engaged in partnerships with organizations, corporations and entrepreneurs. These alliances create synergistic opportunities where students obtain exciting summer internships and career placement opportunities for graduating students.
The Dean's Advisory Council is comprised of industry and government leaders who support the college's mission and goals through the establishment of academic partnerships, collaborative research experiences, and service activities that promote regional and national interests. Its membership is comprised of 20 representatives who are dedicated to engineering education, and to the strong academic-industry linkages necessary to fulfill college goals.
