Rowan's Introduction for Students to Engineering (RISE)
July 9-11, 2013

Rowan's Introduction for Students to Engineering (RISE) is a non-residential workshop experience for current high school students that features laboratory clinics, exciting engineering activities, campus & industry tours, and mentoring by College of Engineering professors and students. In the past, RISE students investigated engineering concepts associated with chocolate, Legos, an air cannon, gaming technologies, alternative energy, virtual reality, bottle rockets and even worms during hands-on engineering workshops and clinics.

The cost of the three-day, non-residential program is $250, which includes lunch, and the deadline to apply is May 11, 2013.  For more information contact engineering@rowan.edu.
