Course of Study
The Master of Arts in Criminal Justice requires a total of 36 semester hours. This includes 6 required and 4 elective courses, and the equivalent of credit for two additional courses for original research and a thesis.

New courses are developed to reflect emerging issues in the field. Additional electives will be added in areas such as International Criminal Law, Juvenile Justice and Delinquency, Management of Criminal Justice Organizations, Community Justice and Altruism and Cooperation.
