College Of Communication
Welcome to the
Dr. Monroe devoted 40 years of his career to higher education. He joined Rowan's College of Communication as its dean in 2003, and was particularly proud of the college's tradition of exceptional teaching and student achievement. A memorial service for Dr. Monroe will be held this February on Rowan's campus. The campus community will receive additional details about the service as soon as arrangements are finalized.
