  To encourage each Consortium member college to establish smoke-free campus policies, each college will hold a prevention activity to address smoke-free campus issues, and each college president will be contacted concerning the need for establishing smoke-free campuses, 16 non-smoking prevention activities drawn from the six key prevention strategies will reach a statewide total of 8500 students.  The me asure of the success of this objective will be the number consortium campuses implementing smoke-free campus policies.
