Dr. Milou is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Rowan University. He has received his B.A. in Mathematics from Franklin & Marshall, M.A. in Mathematics from West Chester University College and his Ed.D. from Temple University.

Dr. Milou has presented numerous workshops and in-services and has published numerous articles in professional journals and a middle school methods book: Teaching Mathematics in the Middle School by Allyn and Bacon. He has served as President (2005-06) of the Association of Mathematics Teachers of New Jersey (AMTNJ) and as program chairperson of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) annual meeting in 2007. He currently serves (2007-08) as the Rowan University Senate President.
