HOSA Membership Dues

To be a member of New Jersey HOSA, you must also be a member of National HOSA.

DEADLINE to send in a New Jersey Chapter Affiliation application is December 15, 2004.

DUES (per Member)
State Dues: $4.00
National Dues: $10.00
Total Dues to all Members: $14.00

NOTE: This year dues will be handled as follows:

1. Fill out the HOSA Chapter Affiliation application sent to you from National HOSA in September.

2. Make a copy of the application and send to:
