Mrs. Barbara Armand - installed on the Board in September 2004. Ms. Armand's term will expire June, 2009. Ms. Armand earned a B.A. in Mathematics/Natural Science from Thomas Edison State College, Trenton, NJ. She is the president and CEO of Armand Corporation, a firm providing Construction Management, Engineering and Technology. Ms. Armand also serves on the boards of the Rutgers University School of Business, Lourdes Health System Foundation, Our Lady of Lourdes Health Care Services, Camden Area Health Education Center and Arts and Business Partnership. Ms. Balliette is a practicing attorney specializing in wills, estates and eldercare. She was a member of the Middle Township Board of Education for twenty years, and also served as a member of the Board of the Educational Improvement Center South. She continues to serve on the Advisory Council of the Cape May County Technical School. Ms. Balliette received her B.A. from Rosemont College and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Bonitto-Doggett is Deputy Director of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority. She has served as Director of the Atlantic County Division Economic Development and is chair of the Atlantic City Planning Board. Ms. Bonitto-Doggett received a master's degree in Human Services from Lincoln University. Mr. Lawrence DiVietro, Jr. - installed on the Board in February 2002. Mr. DiVietro's term will expire in June 2013. Mr. DiVietro is president and CEO of Land Dimensions Engineering, a land use planning and site development design company. He serves as vice chairman of the Gloucester County YMCA, on the Board of the Southern New Jersey Development Council, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners in addition to a number of professional organizations. Ms. Jean Edelman – installed on the Board in February 2008. Ms. Edelman’s term will expire June 30, 2011. Ms. Edelman graduated from Rowan in 1981 as a “distinguished senior” – the university’s highest honor, awarded to only one graduate each year. She was also the first woman to serve as SGA president in the school’s history and was named Alumnus of the Year in 1994. Ms. Edelman co-founded Edelman Financial Services with her husband Ric in 1987. Jean resides in Great Falls, Virginia. >> Back to Top Mr. James J. Gruccio - installed on the Board in December 2000. Mr. Gruccio's term will expire on June 30, 2007. Mr. Gruccio is the president and managing partner of the law firm of Gruccio, Pepper, DeSanto and Ruth in Vineland. Jim received his B.S. degree from St. Joseph's and his law degree from Villanova. He is a Board Certified Trial Attorney, practicing since 1963, presently concentrating on business litigation, business transaction and personal injury litigation. Mr. Gruccio also serves as counsel to numerous institutions and governmental agencies. Mr. Ronald J. Ianoale - installed on the Board in February 1998. Mr. Ianoale's second term will expire June 30, 2009. Mr. Ianoale is a partner in the law firm of McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C. where he specializes in governmental law. He has served on the board of the Rowan Foundation and was chair for two years (1995 and 1996). Mr. Ianoale has earned a doctorate in education and a jurist doctorate from Temple University. >> Back to Top Ms. Juanita Johnson-Clark - installed on the Board in April 2003. Ms. Johnson-Clark's term will expire on June 30, 2011. Ms. Johnson-Clark, a Rowan law and justice graduate, has served as a borough councilwoman in Lawnside for 18 years. She has also served as the director of the Camden County Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse. Mr. James Kehoe - was installed on the Board in February 2003 and his term will expire on June 30, 2008. Mrs. Kathleen M. Matteo - installed on the Board in February 1996. Mrs. Matteo's term will expire June 30, 2007. Mrs. Matteo is the past president of the Rowan University Alumni Association. Mr. Thomas H. Morgan - installed on the Board in December 1998. Mr. Morgan's second term will expire on June 30, 2010. Ms. Elizabeth Palmer – installed on the Board in June 2007. Ms. Palmer’s term will expire in 2009. She currently serves as the voting student trustee. Ms. Palmer is a Political Science major. She is currently a Resident Assistant and was named president of the Pre-Law Society for the 2007-2008 school year. Ms. Palmer formerly served as both secretary and senator for the Pre-Law Society and was a member of Circle K. Elizabeth is from Sussex County, New Jersey. >> Back to Top Ms. Susan M. Farish - appointed President of Rowan University in July 1998, Dr. Farish serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Farish received his B.S. in Zoology from the University of British Columbia, a M.S. in Entomology from North Carolina State University, a Ph.D. in Biology from Harvard University, and a J.D. from the University of Missouri. Dr. Farish serves on the Boards of the United Way of Gloucester County and the Greater Camden Partnership. >> Back to Top
