Mrs. Barbara Armand - installed on the Board in September 2004.  Ms. Armand's term will expire June, 2009.

Ms. Armand earned a B.A. in Mathematics/Natural Science from Thomas Edison State College, Trenton, NJ.  She is the president and CEO of Armand Corporation, a firm providing Construction Management, Engineering and Technology.  Ms. Armand also serves on the boards of the Rutgers University School of Business, Lourdes Health System Foundation, Our Lady of Lourdes Health Care Services, Camden Area Health Education Center and Arts and Business Partnership.
Barbara resides in Mt. Laurel.

Ms. Andrea C. Balliette - installed on the Board in February 1996. Ms. Balliette is serving a second term that will expire June 30, 2007.

Ms. Balliette is a practicing attorney specializing in wills, estates and eldercare. She was a member of the Middle Township Board of Education for twenty years, and also served as a member of the Board of the Educational Improvement Center South. She continues to serve on the Advisory Council of the Cape May County Technical School. Ms. Balliette received her B.A. from Rosemont College and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrea resides in Cape May Court House.

Ms. Yvonne Bonitto-Doggett - installed on the Board in February 1998. Ms. Bonitto-Doggett is serving a second term that will expire June 30, 2007.

Ms. Bonitto-Doggett is Deputy Director of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority. She has served as Director of the Atlantic County Division Economic Development and is chair of the Atlantic City Planning Board. Ms. Bonitto-Doggett received a master's degree in Human Services from Lincoln University.

Yvonne resides in Atlantic City.

Mr. Lawrence DiVietro, Jr. - installed on the Board in February 2002. Mr. DiVietro's term will expire in June 2013. Mr. DiVietro is president and CEO of Land Dimensions Engineering, a land use planning and site development design company. He serves as vice chairman of the Gloucester County YMCA, on the Board of the Southern New Jersey Development Council, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners in addition to a number of professional organizations.

Larry resides in Wenonah.

Ms. Jean Edelman – installed on the Board in February 2008.  Ms. Edelman’s term will expire June 30, 2011. 

Ms. Edelman graduated from Rowan in 1981 as a “distinguished senior” – the university’s highest honor, awarded to only one graduate each year.  She was also the first woman to serve as SGA president in the school’s history and was named Alumnus of the Year in 1994.  Ms. Edelman co-founded Edelman Financial Services with her husband Ric in 1987.

Jean resides in Great Falls, Virginia.

Mr. James J. Gruccio - installed on the Board in December 2000. Mr. Gruccio's term will expire on June 30, 2007. Mr. Gruccio is the president and managing partner of the law firm of Gruccio, Pepper, DeSanto and Ruth in Vineland. Jim received his B.S. degree from St. Joseph's and his law degree from Villanova. He is a Board Certified Trial Attorney, practicing since 1963, presently concentrating on business litigation, business transaction and personal injury litigation. Mr. Gruccio also serves as counsel to numerous institutions and governmental agencies.

Jim resides in Vineland.

Mr. Ronald J. Ianoale - installed on the Board in February 1998. Mr. Ianoale's second term will expire June 30, 2009. Mr. Ianoale is a partner in the law firm of McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C. where he specializes in governmental law. He has served on the board of the Rowan Foundation and was chair for two years (1995 and 1996). Mr. Ianoale has earned a doctorate in education and a jurist doctorate from Temple University.

Ron resides in Chesterfield.

Ms. Juanita Johnson-Clark - installed on the Board in April 2003. Ms. Johnson-Clark's term will expire on June 30, 2011. Ms. Johnson-Clark, a Rowan law and justice graduate, has served as a borough councilwoman in Lawnside for 18 years. She has also served as the director of the Camden County Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse.

Juanita resides in Lawnside.

Mr. James Kehoe - was installed on the Board in February 2003 and his term will expire on June 30, 2008.

Mr. Kehoe is business manager for Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 322 in Winslow. He serves on the boards of the Camden County United Way, Union Organization of Social Services, Ocean City Tabernacle, Camden County Improvement Authority, South Jersey AFL-CIO, and United Building Trades Council of Camden County and vicinity. He received a B.A. from Rutgers University.

Jim resides in Berlin.

Mrs. Kathleen M. Matteo - installed on the Board in February 1996. Mrs. Matteo's term will expire June 30, 2007. Mrs. Matteo is the past president of the Rowan University Alumni Association.

Mrs. Matteo graduated from Glassboro State Teachers College with a B.S. in Education. She is the Director of Administration and Finance for Matteo Equities, Inc.

Kathleen resides in Chews Landing.

Mr. Thomas H. Morgan - installed on the Board in December 1998. Mr. Morgan's second term will expire on June 30, 2010.

Mr. Morgan is a graduate of Duke University, earning a B.A. and L.L.B. from the Duke University School of Law. Before his retirement, he was a certified civil trial attorney at the law firm of Capehart & Scatchard, P.A.

Tom resides in Moorestown.

Mr. Nick L. Petroni -
was installed on the Board in February 2004 and his term of office will expire in June 2009.

Mr. Petroni received his degree from the University of Notre Dame and is a certified public accountant and owner of Petroni and Associates, an accounting firm located in Glassboro.  Mr. Petroni works to improve the Glassboro community as a member of the Mayor's Committee for Downtown Redevelopment and the Finance Council for the Church of St. Bridget.  He is also past president of the Glassboro Chamber of Commerce.

Nick resides in Glassboro.

Ms. Elizabeth Palmer – installed on the Board in June 2007.  Ms. Palmer’s term will expire in 2009.  She currently serves as the voting student trustee.

Ms. Palmer is a Political Science major.  She is currently a Resident Assistant and was named president of the Pre-Law Society for the 2007-2008 school year.  Ms. Palmer formerly served as both secretary and senator for the Pre-Law Society and was a member of Circle K.

Elizabeth is from Sussex County, New Jersey.

Ms. Susan M. Powell - installed on the Board in September 2004. Ms. Powell's term will expire June, 2010.

Ms. Powell received her M.A. in Educational Administration from Rowan University. She serves as Support Supervisor for Special Education for the Moorestown Township Public Schools.

Susan resides in Medford.

Ms. Helene Reed - was installed on the Board in February 2003 and her term will expire on June 30, 2008.

Ms. Reed currently serves on the Gloucester County Freeholder Board. She worked at Kennedy Memorial Hospital for 24 years and served as director of admissions. Ms. Reed serves on the New Jersey Association of Counties, Williamstown Women's Club, and Monroe Township Democrat Club. She attended Rutgers University and earned a certificate in Hospital Administration.

Helene resides in Williamstown.

Mr. Steven Rivera - installed on the Board in June 2008. Mr. Rivera ’s term will expire in 2010. He serves as the alternate student trustee.

Mr. Rivera is a business finance major. He formerly served as a senator for the Class of 2010 for the Student Government Association.

Steven lives in Hamilton, NJ.

Mr. Troy E. Singleton – installed on the Board in February 2005. Mr. Singleton’s term will expire June 30, 2010.

A graduate of Rowan University, Mr. Singleton currently works for the New Jersey Assembly Majority Office as manager of the Member Relations and Constituent Outreach staffs and serves as chief of staff for Assemblyman Leader Joseph L. Roberts, Jr.

Dr. Donald J. Farish - appointed President of Rowan University in July 1998, Dr. Farish serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Farish received his B.S. in Zoology from the University of British Columbia, a M.S. in Entomology from North Carolina State University, a Ph.D. in Biology from Harvard University, and a J.D. from the University of Missouri.  Dr. Farish serves on the Boards of the United Way of Gloucester County and the Greater Camden Partnership.
