1) How has the institution’s governance structure changed over time? What has been the impact of these changes?

2) How is shared governance operationally defined? How does shared governance actually work? 

3) How do we manage leadership and shared governance of the educational and institutional sides of the University?  Are the roles and responsibilities understood and accepted by those involved?

4) How do we assess leadership and shared governance functions? How do we cycle the results of these assessments into improving our leadership and governance structures?

5) How do University leadership and governance function when pressured by rapidly changing external and internal forces?
