Resources and Planning

1) Is the process by which we plan, (i.e. strategic planning, master planning, academic planning, and enrollment planning,) effective? How do we assess its effectiveness and respond to feedback that indicates improvement if needed?

2) Is the process by which we allocate human, financial, technical, and physical resources effective? How do we assess its effectiveness and make necessary adjustments?

3) How do we plan for institutional renewal and respond to a climate of change? Is this process effective?  How do we assess its effectiveness and make necessary adjustments?

4) Is the process by which we link our planning processes (strategic, academic, enrollment, facilities, etc.) effective? How do we assess the effectiveness of the linkages, and make adjustments if needed?
