Do you know a worthy recipient for a senior recognition medallion?

The three links below contain pdf nomination forms for three
special recognition senior medallion awards. Nominees must be seniors
who will be graduating this May, this past December, or last summer.

Nominations will be accepted from administration, faculty, staff, and
students. A letter needs to accompany the completed form. These can be
submitted in hard copy or electronic. If you email your letter, attach
the pdf nomination form. A committee will then consider all nominations and select the recipient.

James M. Lynch, Jr.Courage in Adversity Award
Thomas E. Robinson Leadership Award
