Do you know a worthy recipient for a senior recognition medallion?

The three links below contain writable pdf nomination forms for three
special recognition senior medallion awards. Nominees must be seniors
who will be graduating this May, this past December, or last summer.

Nominations will be accepted from administration, faculty, staff, and
students. A letter needs to accompany the completed form. These can be
submitted in hard copy or electronic. If you email your letter, attach
the pdf form.

Read the criteria for each of the three awards on the nomination
pages. Submission information is included on the form.
