Office of Sponsored Programs Mission

The mission of the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is to provide the Rowan University faculty with relevant information and guidance for the submission of quality proposals to federal, state, and industrial sponsors, and to provide effective stewardship of awarded funds.

Proposal Development Key Info, including current Fringe and F&A Rates

A two-page “Proposal Planning and Submission Form” must be completed by the Principal Investigator (PI), printed, signed by the PI, the PI’s Chair, and the PI’s Dean and submitted to OSP within FIVE DAYS of the sponsor’s deadline.

Coming Soon- OSP is working with Enterprise Information Services to bring both forms online into an electronic approval and routing system that may be accessed through Self Service Banner. A pilot will be implemented during the Fall 2012 semester.
